*Some website providers charge for websites on a contractual/monthly basis. Once the web customer terminates the contract, they can no longer use those web pages anywhere. The website belongs to the provider. In other words, it's like "renting" a website or web pages for the duration of the contract.
At M.Cat Designs, we charge a one time fee for web page design and development, without holding you to our services there-after. Customers own the web pages once purchased and are free to select any host, or domain registrar for online publication. Therefore, web customers who already own a registered domain name, have a host, and/or the ability to maintain or update the pages, can utilize the website pages accordingly. However, we do offer the option for hosting, domain name registration and/or maintenance at a minimal monthly fee - and any applicable charges are clearly outlined in the proposal. We also offer a "Pay-Per-Change" maintenance option for customers who have updates /changes to their website on an infrequent basis. Contact us today for more information.
